Sprint
A short, fixed-length push focused on one question: is this the right idea, what should it look like, what should we build first.
- Good fit when
- The brief is fuzzy, the clock is loud, or a decision is coming and you want evidence rather than opinions.
- How it runs
- Tight loops, fast feedback and a small group of decision-makers. We set the question on day one and the end date at the same time.
- You hold at the end
- A tested prototype, a brand direction or a scoped plan: something you can show, test or decide on.
- What it is not
- A shrunken build. A sprint answers a question; it does not deliver a finished product. If the answer is go, the natural next step is a build.
