The scoping quiz
Question 1 of 6
Your recommended shape
Recommended: Build
A short, fixed burst that answers the big question before you commit to the big spend of time.
What it is
A focused push on one question, with an end date set on day one. We work in tight loops with a small group of decision-makers.
What you would hold at the end
A tested prototype, a brand direction or a scoped plan: something you can show, test or decide on. If the answer is go, a build is the natural next step.
A defined project, taken from brief to launch and handed over finished.
What it is
The five stages end to end, with scope and handover agreed up front and review points at each stage. Changes are welcome and discussed in terms of what they push out.
What you would hold at the end
Something finished and live, plus the files, the system and the notes to look after it yourself.
An embedded rhythm: we keep shipping alongside your team as priorities shift.
What it is
A cadence agreed together: a shared backlog, a standing check-in and work released in small pieces. Priorities come from you; we push back where it helps.
What you would hold at the end
A team that keeps shipping, a backlog everyone can read, and a body of work that stays consistent from one month to the next.

How the quiz thinks.
It is a conversation starter, not a verdict. Here is exactly what it does with your answers, what it assumes, and where it can be wrong.
How it decides
Every answer adds points to Sprint, Build and Partnership. The shape with the most points wins. The bars show each shape’s points as a share of the most it could have earned, so you can see how close the call was.
Ties go to what you said you want to be holding at the end (question 5), then to how clear your brief is (question 3).
What it assumes
One project at a time, answered for your whole team rather than only for yourself. It also assumes brand, product and web are all in scope: the discipline question nudges the result but never decides it alone.
The points are our own weighting, written to match how we run each shape. They are not a statistic about anyone else.
Edge cases
Split answers produce a close-call note naming the runner-up. Lots of “no idea yet” answers point towards a Sprint, because that is the safest way to find out. You can go back and change any answer.
Your answers live only in this browser tab. If the browser blocks storage they are held in memory until you leave. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Keyboard
Tab to the options, use the arrow keys to move between them and Space to choose. Press Enter for the next question, or press the number 1 to 4 to pick that option. The numbered circles at the top jump back to any question you have already answered.
Prefer to talk it through?
The quiz is optional. If you would rather describe your project in your own words, write to us and say where things stand.
